Scam Assistance Help Desk is an independent informational service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Small Business Administration, any government agency, law enforcement office, bank, or recovery company.

No guaranteed recovery

Submitting information does not open an official investigation, freeze funds, or guarantee password, account, or money recovery. We do not require fake government fees or upfront payments to access support.

Safe use

Never submit passwords, PINs, private keys, banking login details, seed phrases, or other credentials. You are responsible for reviewing evidence before uploading it and removing sensitive information.
